A-Ret HC Cream (15g) is a prescription combination of Hydroquinone (2%), Tretinoin (0.05%), and Hydrocortisone (1%) used for short-term treatment of moderate-to-severe melasma and skin hyperpigmentation. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin on affected areas once daily at night, avoiding eyes, nostrils, and mouth. 

20g Betnovate-GM cream is a combination topical medication used to treat bacterial and fungal skin infections, reducing inflammation, itching, and redness. It is commonly used for eczema, psoriasis, and dermatitis. It should be applied in a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, or as advised by a doctor. 

Cosmelite Cream is a combination topical medication containing Hydroquinone (2% w/w), Mometasone (0.1% w/w), and Tretinoin (0.025% w/w). It is primarily indicated for treating skin conditions like melasma, hyperpigmentation, and dark spots.
